Yeah, I remember getting it when the torrent was posted. Thanks again, by the way. I had been searching for it for years. I will be glad to have a chance to give you back another movie you're looking for.
vended wrote: In Messieur les enfants, One boy has his two parents regressed. One has his mother regressed, who show up in a dress which reveal her whole childish chest. (The parents now kids are mentally regressed as well).
Right after discovery of his parents, they reveal the fact that the regressed know they are his parents yet are mentally children while (I think) not understanding that they have been changed. ("Why are you not getting ready for school? Is it a holiday? Yay! A holiday!" The parents proceed to jump excitedly on their own bed.) It is a tricky paradoxical position but the story seems to pull it off rather well. The regressed know about their lives, but they can't resist their childish urges to play and make a mess, and they instinctively respect the authority of their now-adult children.
At one point the regressed mother instructs her clueless son to give his sick father a suppository, demonstrating her motherly experience while childishly not attempting to take control of the situation.
The other, single mom is quite bossy, storming onto the scene in a huge red dress that leaves her bare-chested to demand of her son, "Why haven't you at least found a robe for me?" She ends up crushing on the artistic father-turned-little-boy, who sketches her youthful portrait.
