Experimenting with morphing software and TV AR 10 Months ago Karma: -1
I had the idea to try and look into some of those gimmicky photo morphing apps that exist out there and apply some actual before and after AR character photos for a more in-depth transformation. The best looking one I found is called FantaMorph Deluxe, to the point that it carries a premium membership - Thank God for torrents is all I can say on that matter.

I tried messing with these via my favorite childhood AR exposure, that being the times the Power Rangers were reverted. As I prefer female AR, I just did some of the three female leads (Kimberly, Aisha, and Katherine), but I like how they turned out, especially if you stop them halfway, which gives a good idea about what the older actresses really looked like as kids. While AVI export is supported, I don't know how to not make the videos crazy huge (80MB for a four second video!), so I went with the smaller GIF option and uploaded them to Tumblr for anyone interested.

Here's the Imgur _link_. I'll likely be doing more and posting _link_s if people like these. https://imgur.com/a/akuRz

Just finished a bunch more! https://imgur.com/a/Nq5Js

The last two aren't showing up visually on the webpage for me, but if you choose the download option those files seem to work fine. There's also a repeat here because the previous upload of it cut off early.

Taking a break for now, but I made a couple more and uploaded the higher-quality (but bigger file sized) AVIs to Mega if anyone wants to check them out. https://mega.nz/#F!Wk4jTYgI!BoeU8u2k0gMK6QVFwPPcKA

Nice ones. But I would suggest to leave the first image on hold for 1 or 2 seconds, than doing the process, and leave the final image again there for 1 or 2 seconds. So there is enough time for the viewer to look at the result...

And you don't need to upload those big, uncompressed videos. Try WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe or something like that to convert the videos into high quality mp4. They will be much smaller, without loosing any quality.

Did the suggested edits in Premiere and found that it can export in a reasonable file size too. Just three so far but they're both good. Note that two have the morph sped up and a sound effect added since I'm experimenting. Let me know how that clicks with you.
